Reviews and Ratings
I had a delightful experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, right by the River Havel, which is a major plus. The rooms are reasonably sized and quite comfortable, but I really missed having coffee-making facilities in my room. Breakfast was simple yet satisfying, and the daytime café added a nice touch. The service was good, with staff being friendly and helpful, although it could be more attentive. Overall, it's a great spot for a peaceful stay, but little things like the coffee setup could elevate the experience.
I arrived late without a booking, and Michael at the hotel went above and beyond to help us. The location is serene, overlooking the River Havel, but the lack of coffee-making facilities in the room was a downside. The breakfast spread was decent, and the overall atmosphere was cozy. While the service was friendly and accommodating, I missed having a coffee in the room, which would enhance the experience significantly.
I arrived late and without a booking, but Michael was incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome. The hotel is in a lovely, quiet location overlooking the river Havel. While the rooms are simple and lack coffee-making facilities, the comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was straightforward, and overall, it was a satisfactory stay for the price, even if it didn't fully meet my expectations.
The hotel has a stunning location by the River Havel, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are simply furnished and comfortable, though there's a lack of coffee facilities which can be quite inconvenient. While the breakfast offerings are basic, the staff provides service with a genuine helpfulness. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, especially for the views, but it's a bit basic for some people's taste.
